Your satisfaction is our goal. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please make sure to contact us with email and we will reply you within 24 hours. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. All merchandise returned must never have been used, and still be in the original packaging.
We accept order cancellation within 24 hours. If the order is cancelled you will get a full refund. For those refund requests after 24 hours, we will handle depend on the situation.
Returns (if applicable)
- We accept returns on products. Customers can apply for return within 48 hours after the product is received.
- Defective items must be reported to us by Email within 2 days of being received. If not reported, we will not issue credit or a refund. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us via email: firstname.lastname@example.org
- Customers will not be charged a restocking fee but must pay the return postage.
Refunds (if applicable)
1. If the returned package is the fault of the seller (Such as: Incorrect products or quality issues), we will provide a full refund for the customer.

First, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

- An irregular or excessive returns history.
